When purchasing Face Masks is recommended you check the Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) rating as many face masks currently on the market that do not have one.

A BFE rating of ≥99% means that sub-micron particles of 0.1 micron will only begin to penetrate the mask at 120 mm Hg. This offers much better protection than a face mask with no rating.
